The Rossignol Super Black Ops 98 is an all-mountain ski with a preference for a more playful skiing style. This is a ski that feels right at home diving through trees, bumps, side hits, and spinning some park laps. At 98mm underfoot the Super Black Ops is just fine on firm snow and stays composed on icier terrain, but the ski really comes to life off-trail or in the park. It's not a powder ski but it floats really well for a sub-100MM ski. The shovels in the tip of the ski are wide and light, allowing the ski to float right over turbulence while also making it very easy to bounce around and pivot when you find yourself off-trail. It has a really poppy and nimble feel that's gonna come into play in any technical terrain, or if you're into any kind of freestyle riding.
