Black Crows Camox Skis 2026

For those wondering, the Camox from Black Crows is still legit. For the 25/26 season the Camox gets some minor construction tweaks to help improve performance. More rocker allows the ski to feel a touch more playful at lower speeds while the addition of an ash insert underfoot provides a more stout feel at higher speeds or at higher edge angles. Its nimble shape is accompanied by a freestyle-inspired profile that floats well without sacrificing all of the grip on hard pack or groomers, making the Camox a great East Coast daily driver, if that's where you ski, while having enough width to handle softer, deeper snow if you ski out west or like to hunt for fresh snow on the East Coast. Its lightweight construction makes dumping speed easy, turn initiation smooth, and hopping from bump to bump a breeze. Why not throw in a park lap or two to spice things up? The Camox can handle it. This is a more playful, nimble, quick-feeling ski, so if you're looking for something to push harder or more aggressively, carve on groomers, and like higher speeds all the time, the Black Crows Serpo might be better suited for you. But if you like playful, snappy, energetic, and versatile, Camox is epic. For a ski with a ton of freestyle DNA, it has just enough substance underfoot to keep you confident on less-than-desirable terrain.
